- The maximum age limit for engagement of Pilot shall be up to 60 years. However, candidates can be re-engaged as pilots up to the maximum age of 65 years, subject to the currency of their license and fulfillment of other requirements as per DGCA rules and regulations. The age will be calculated as of June 1, 2025.

How to Fill AAI Pilot 2025 Offline Form
- Candidates who wish to apply are advised to download the application format (Annexure-I) from the AAI website and fill in the required details. The duly filled application, along with color scanned copies of all supporting documents, must be submitted via email to “edfiu@aai.aero” and “gmfiu@aai.aero” on or before June 27, 2025. Incomplete and unclear applications are liable to be rejected. Applications received after the last date will not be considered.
