Age Limit

• Minimum age: 18 years
• Maximum age: 33 years

Relaxations

• Upper age limit relaxations as per Gujarat Government rules for reserved categories, PwBD, and Ex-servicemen are provided as applicable.

Educational Qualifications

• Must have completed a minimum 1-year Multi-Purpose Health Worker basic course, or a certificate/diploma in a government-recognized institution; OR
• 1-year Diploma in Sanitary Inspector from a recognized institution; OR
• 1-year Health Sanitary Inspector course from an Industrial Training Institute or another government-recognized institute.

Other Requirements

• Basic computer knowledge as prescribed by the Gujarat Civil Services Classification and Recruitment Rules (General Rules, 1967).
• Proficiency in Hindi or Gujarati (or both).

Note: Final selection will follow applicable recruitment rules of the Health & Family Welfare Department dated 30-09-2023 beyond the application form.
