• Eligibility: Diploma in Civil Engineering (or equivalent diploma) from an approved list. All semester mark sheets and certificates must be presented.

Assistant Librarian (Advt. No. 354/202526)

• Eligibility: Bachelor's degree in Library and Information Science (LIS) or Library Science (all semesters). All semester mark sheets and certificates must be presented.

Important Instructions

• Attend DV on the notified date and time with all original documents, even if the intimation letter is not received by post.
• Verify details on your application form against original certificates (e.g., caste certificate number, name spelling). If any discrepancy exists, an affidavit must be prepared and carried.
• If you do not wish to join or attend verification, inform the Board in writing.
• If unable to attend in person due to unavoidable circumstances, aguardian may attend with a properly filled consent form (Sammati Patrak) and an accompanying affidavit, as per the notification format.
• Being listed in the provisional DV list does not guarantee final selection. Final category-wise selection/waiting list will be published after verification based on merit and vacancies.
• Bring original certificates along with two sets of self-attested photocopies in the order listed for each post.
