Age Limit

• 18 to 25 years as on 31-05-2026. Relaxations as per Government norms: OBC: +3 years; SC/ST: +5 years; PwBD: up to +10 to +15 years depending on category; Ex-Servicemen: +3 years; Departmental candidates: up to 40 years (45 years for SC/ST).

Educational Qualifications

• Essential: Matriculation (10th) or equivalent from a recognized Board.
• Essential: Proficiency in handling Private Board Exchange (PBX)/EPABX or Private PBX Board with a minimum of 6 months experience, with a valid Experience Certificate mandatory.
• Desirable: Fluency in spoken English and Hindi.

Experience

• Minimum 6 months in PBX/EPABX handling.

Other

• All candidates must be Indian citizens.
