Age Limit

• General (UR) / EWS: 18 to 25 years
• OBC: +3 years relaxation (max 28 years)
• SC / ST: +5 years relaxation (max 30 years)
• PwBD: Relaxations up to 10-15 years depending on category
• Ex-Servicemen: Additional relaxation as applicable
• Departmental Candidates: Up to 40 years (45 years for SC/ST)

Educational Qualification

• Essential: Matriculation (10th) or equivalent from a recognized board
• Essential: Proficiency in handling Private Board Exchange (PBX/EPABX) with a minimum of 6 months experience (Experience Certificate mandatory)
• Desirable: Fluency in spoken English and Hindi

Age and Location

• Age as on closing date: 18-25 years (General) with relaxations for reserved categories as per government norms
• All postings: Headquarters 2 Signal Training Centre, Panaji (Goa)

Application Fee

• There is no application fee for Indian Army CSBO Grade-II Recruitment 2026. No TA/DA will be provided for the examination process.

Additional Instructions

• Only Indian citizens may apply; All India Service Liability including Field Service applies.
• PBX Board handling experience (minimum 6 months) is mandatory; an Experience Certificate is required.
