Indian Bank Internal Ombudsman Recruitment 2026 - 1 Post (Contractual) - Offline Application

Age Limit

• Maximum age: 65 years (as on 01 January 2026, inclusive of all relaxations)

Eligibility Details

• Qualification: Graduate in any discipline.
• Experience: The Internal Ombudsman (IO) shall be a retired or serving officer, at a rank equivalent to a General Manager in the Regulated Entity (RE) of the Reserve Bank under the Internal Ombudsman framework, or a Financial Sector Regulatory Body, with a minimum of seven years of experience in banking, non-banking finance, regulation, supervision, payment and settlement systems, credit information, or consumer protection. If currently serving, the candidate must relinquish the position before assuming charge as IO. The IO shall not have been previously employed by Indian Bank or its erstwhile Allahabad Bank, or by any holding/associate/subsidiary of the bank.
• Note: This position is contractual and does not confer regular employment status with the Bank.

• The application must reach the address on or before 11 February 2026. Applications received after the due date will be summarily rejected.
