Age Limit

• Candidates should be aged between 18 and 30 years as on 01-01-2027 (born between 01-01-1997 and 01-01-2009, both dates inclusive).

Educational Qualification

• Intermediate or equivalent with 50% aggregate marks from a recognized Board/University (relaxations apply for SC/ST/Ex-Servicemen/PwBD and for candidates with higher qualifications).
• OR Matriculation (10th) with ITI approved by NCVT/SCVT.
• For Technical Posts: Matriculation/SSLC plus ITI from NCVT/SCVT-recognized institutions, or Matriculation/SSLC plus Course Completed Act Apprenticeship.

Cultural Qualification

• Possession of a degree/diploma/certificate in the specified cultural stream (Sitar or Tabla) from a Government Recognised Institution.

• Closing Date and Time of Online Application: 19-09-2026 at 23:59 Hrs
• Written Examination/Document Verification date to be published separately on the official site.

Application Fee

• General/All candidates except the following: Rs. 500 (Rs. 400 refunded on appearing in the Written Exam).
• SC/ST/Ex-Servicemen/PwBD/Transgender/Female/Minorities/EBC: Rs. 250 (Full Rs. 250 refunded on appearing in the Written Exam).
• Fee must be paid online via internet banking, debit/credit card, or UPI. The fee is non-refundable for ineligible candidates. Minority candidates must upload required declarations and affidavits to claim concession where applicable.

Instructions

• Candidates must ensure they meet all eligibility conditions before applying; false or suppressed information can lead to cancellation at any stage.
• There is no need to send a physical copy of the application. Only online submissions are accepted.
• Selected candidates may be posted anywhere as per administrative requirements and their cultural activities may be part of their duties.
• Ensure that name, father’s name, and date of birth in the application match the matriculation certificate exactly; mismatches may lead to cancellation.
• Impersonation or submission of forged certificates will result in disqualification and potential legal action.
• Document verification may require the original certificates; applicants should retain originals for verification.
