How to Apply / Download DV Call Letter

1. Visit the official South Central Railway website at scr.indianrailways.gov.in.
2. Navigate to About Us → RRC-SCR.
3. Open the Act Apprentice Recruitment 2025-26 / DV Call Letter link.
4. Log in with the registered email ID and password used at application.
5. Download the DV call letter, which includes DV venue, date, time, and medical certificate format.
6. Open the DV Notice PDF (Annexure-I and Annexure-II) to confirm your application number and name in the Main or Standby List.
7. Print the call letter and prepare all required documents for DV.

Important Instructions

• Absence on DV date may cancel candidature without notice.
• Medical certificate in prescribed format is mandatory at DV.
• Carry originals and two self-attested photocopies of required documents.
• Standby List candidates will be contacted only if a Main List candidate is absent or rejected.
• Training division/unit allotment, once made, cannot be changed on request.
