Age Details

Candidates must be at least 18 years and not more than 44 years as of 01/07/2026. The upper age limit is raised to 44 years for OC/General category. Relaxations apply as per Government rules for SC/ST/BC, PwD, Ex-Servicemen, NCC instructors, and Telangana state government employees.

Eligibility Details

• Must possess a Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering (B.E./B.Tech) from a recognized University or an institution recognized by UGC/AICTE, or an AMIE (Associate Member of the Institution of Engineers).
• Distance/open universities must be recognized by UGC/AICTE or Distance Education Bureau.
• OTR (One Time Registration) on the TGPSC website is mandatory before applying.
• Applicants from other states are not entitled to Telangana state reservations.
• Local candidate rules (90% local reservation per zone) apply as per G.O.Ms.No.124, GA (SPF-MC).

Application Fees

• OC & BC candidates: ₹1,000 (Application Processing Fee)
• SC/ST PwD candidates: ₹500 (Application Processing Fee)
• All employed candidates: ₹120 (Examination Fee)
• Unemployed applicants: Exempted from Examination Fee Payment is online only and non-refundable.
