Age Details

• Minimum age: 18 years
• Maximum age: 40 years
• Relaxation as per UP Government rules for reserved categories and state government employees (see official notification for specifics).
• Age calculation date: 1st January of the recruitment year (or 1st July if the post is advertised between 1st July and 31st December).

Educational Qualification

• Diploma in Pharmacy from a recognised institution
• Registration with the State Pharmacy Council, Uttar Pradesh

Preferred Qualification (Adhimani Arhata)

• Preference to candidates who have served in the Provincial Army for at least two years or possess the 'B' certificate of the National Cadet Corps (NCC).

Nationality

• Indian

PET Eligibility (for Main Examination)

• Only candidates who appeared in PET-2025 and hold a score card are eligible for the Main Examination.

Application Fee

• General/Unreserved: ₹25.00 online processing fee (plus online payment of ₹0 exam fee at this stage)

Note: Exam fee for the Main Examination will be paid separately by shortlisted candidates before downloading the admit card.

Important Instructions

• Only PET-2025 qualified candidates with a score card are eligible for the Main Examination.
• Candidates with zero or negative PET-2025 scores will not be shortlisted.
• Uttar Pradesh domicile candidates must indicate their category; only one reservation will be applicable if multiple categories are claimed.
• EWS certificates must be issued between 01-04-2025 and 29-03-2026, based on the 2024-25 income year.
• Date of birth verification will be from the High School certificate.
• Central or State Government employees must submit an NOC from their employer.

• False information may lead to cancellation of candidature and debarment.
